Calavera is a 68.5 acres park, and is located in the southwestern portion of the village on Flintville Road. Named after Minerva Calewaerts, the park was purchased in 1991 and began to be developed in 1998. The park has several passive and active amenities such as soccer/football fields, fenced baseball/softball diamonds, indoor shelter rentals, concessions, walking/cross country ski trails, and restrooms. In order to develop at the speed of our growing community, we need to maximize the space at this park. The opportunity to create essential recreation activities at Calavera Springs Park can start with you!
