Building Demolition - Invitation For Bids


The Village of Suamico, Wisconsin is soliciting bids from Contractors interested in providing building demolition services at:

 

3425 Side Street, Suamico, WI 54173 AND

2852 School Lane, Suamico, WI 54313 (Barn only)

 

Interested Contractors shall provide the Village with a written bid on the fully executed Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the bid or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. This bid guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Bid documents are available online at www.suamico.org under “Latest News.”

 

All bids may be provided in either a hard copy, enclosed within a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "Building Demolition”, or in an email to AlexK@Suamico.org with the subject line “Building Demolition” by the deadline noted below:

 

Deadline for receipt of bids is 4:00 p.m on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the 4:00pm deadline at the Suamico Municipal Services Center.

 

The Village of Suamico reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and to make the award in such a manner as said Village deems right for the best interest of the Village.

 

After bids are opened, no bids can be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of closing bids, without the consent of the Village of Suamico.

 

The Village of Suamico also reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any reason.
