A RESOLUTION Expressing intent of the Village of Suamico to acquire interest in property KNOWN AS SU 530-3 for PUBLIC outdoor recreation purposes
The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Village of Suamico is interested in acquiring property known as SU 530-3 for public outdoor recreation purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Village intends to seek financial grants from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Suamico has budgeted a sum sufficient to complete the acquisition of the property know as SU 530-3; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrator and or the Community Development Director are duly authorized to apply for and execute any financial aid documents applicable to this project on behalf of the Village of Suamico to all applicable funding sources.
