A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 08002 SETTING FEES FOR

VILLAGE SERVICES, PERMITS, & PROPERTY USE FOR 2008

The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village Board has previously approved Resolution 08002 on January 7, 2008 setting the fees for Village services, permits and property use for 2008;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2008 fee schedule be amended to include a permit fee for the following:

Pawn shop dealer license, $210.00

Secondhand article dealers license, $27.50

Secondhand jewelry dealers license, $30.00

For a secondhand article dealer mall or flea market license, $165.00

Recycling Bin, cost plus $1.00

BE IT RESOLVED, the attached schedule of fees for village services, permits & property use for 2008 shall be implemented as presented.
