WHEREAS, the Village Board budgeted for changes to the Fire Department budget by providing a contingency in the amount of $60,000 in the 2008 budget, and

WHEREAS, the budget, based on the December 2007 Fire Department Organizational Analysis can now be finalized.

WHEREAS, the following changes to the 2008 Fire Department budget shall be made to accomplish the goals of the organizational analysis:

Increase Public Safety Operating Expenditure $39,715

Decrease General Govt Contingency Expenditure ($39,715)

Net effect on tax levy -0-

BE IT RESOLVED, changes to the 2008 Fire Department Operational budget shall be made as indicated above with changes to individual accounts itemized on the attached department detail of the fire department operating budget.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
