A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 07023 ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS RESPONSE TEAM SERVICES WITH BROWN COUNTY, WISCONSIN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village of Suamico, Brown County, Wisconsin:

That the Village of Suamico is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement for the Provision of Hazardous Materials Response Team Services with Brown County and participating municipalities; and that the Village President and Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Village of Suamico.

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Board declares this to be effective September 10, 2007.
