WHEREAS, the village board of trustees has reviewed the general operating, capital, TID #1 and #2, and debt service budgets for fiscal year 2007, and

WHEREAS, the budgets were posted for inspection, according to Wisconsin Statutes §65.90 on November 2, 2007 and

WHEREAS, the appropriate public hearing was held on November 19, 2006 at 7 PM at the Suamico Village Offices, 2999 Lakeview Dr., and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the 2008 general operating, refuse, and engineering funds, capital, TID #1, and debt service budgets as presented be adopted in their entirety.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Board has determined the appropriate tax  levy for 2007 to be $ 3,697,841.00 which includes TIF levies.
