A RESOLUTION amending Resolution 07031 a Resolution Amending Resolution 07007 A Final Resolution to Assess on Riverside Dr and Lakeview Dr.

 

The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, at the Village Board Meeting of October 15, 2007 the Village Board approved Resolution 07031 a Resolution Amending Resolution 07007 A Final Resolution to Assess on Riverside Dr and Lakeview Dr., and

WHEREAS, due to a scrivener’s error, the number "Resolution 07031" was already in use,

BE IT RESOLVED, that "Resolution 07031" a Resolution Amending Resolution 07007 A Final Resolution to Assess on Riverside Dr and Lakeview Dr. be renumbered to "Resolution 07035".

Adopted this 5th day of November, 2007.
