WHEREAS, the Village Board has previously approved Resolution 07002 on January 8, 2007 setting the fees for Village services, permits and property use for 2007 and;

WHEREAS, a resident fee of $90 and non-resident fee of $130 had been established for participants of the Recreational Dance Program and;

WHEREAS, these fees are insufficient to cover the operational costs of the Recreational Dance Program;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2007-2008 fee schedule for Recreational Dance be amended to reflect a resident fee of $125 and a non-resident fee of $165.
