RESOLUTION TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS FOR
THE WASTEWATER COMPLIANCE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
RESOLVED that the Village of Suamico informs the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources that the following actions were taken by the Suamico Village Board.
Reviewed the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report which is attached to this resolution.
Set forth no actions that were necessary to maintain effluent requirements contained in the WPDES Permit.
