WHEREAS, the board has approved a special assessment policy for public infrastructure in the Village of Suamico, and

WHEREAS, several changes were made to clarify wording in several section of the policy,

BE IT RESOLVED, that Sections 3.2, Basis of Assessments; Section 7, Curb & Gutter; 8.3, Payment Procedure; and Section 12 Exceptions of the Assessment Policy is amended per the attached and fully incorporated into and made a part of the Special Assessment Policy of the Village of Suamico.
