A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE POLICY RECOMMENDATION FROM

THE VILLAGE OF SUAMICO ADHOC

JUNK/INOPERATIVE VEHICLES & JUNK COMMITTEE

The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village’s Adhoc Junk/Inoperative Vehicles & Junk Committee has reviewed the ordinances and staff procedures for the junk/inoperable vehicles and junk within the Village of Suamico; and

WHEREAS, the Village’s Adhoc Junk/Inoperative Vehicles & Junk Committee has made a recommendation to the Village Board, for the purposes of cleaning up the junk within the Village of Suamico.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board for the Village of Suamico does hereby ordain that the attached policy be adopted in its entirety.
