A RESOLUTION amending the 2007 Fee Schedule on special events permits and to add bicycle license fees

 

The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village Board has previously approved Resolution 07002 on January 8, 2007 setting the fees for Village services, permits and property use for 2007;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2007 fee schedule be amended to add a tiered fee for special events permits as follows:

$100 - 90 days or more in advance of the event,

$200 - 60 to 89 days before event,

$400 - 30 to 59 days before event,

$500 - less than 30 days before the event.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee for bicycle licenses for 2007 shall be $5.
