Discussion/Recommendation: Approval of a 2- lot Certified Survey Map for Midwest Expansion, as submitted by Dennis Reim, Robert E Lee & Associates. Located east of Waterway Court on the north side of Lineville Road. Parcel SU-765. Zoned HWY Business w/PCD overlay.
Presentation: Historic Preservation Ordinance and how it affects the Planning & Zoning Commission.
