Discussion/Recommendation: Approval of a 2 lot Certified Survey Map for Patrick & Shelly Broekman, as prepared by Terry VanHout, TNT Professional Land Surveyors. Located approximately 1300 feet north of Norfield Road on the east side of Bayside Road. Parcel SU-824-1. Zoned Agriculture.
Discussion/Recommendation: Amendment to a Planned Commercial Development by Townline Pub to allow a level 4 (Full animation) electronic message center to be installed on the existing pedestal sign. Located west of Velp Avenue on Lineville Road.
