Call to Order

Meeting was called to order by President Bill Feucht. Commission members present were: Jerry Poels and Randy Christopherson

Also in attendance were: John O’Connor, Ed Janke, Kevin Kloehn, Chris Hohol and Mark Wallace. Staff present were: Administrator Matze, Interim Fire Chief Jeff Roemer and Bonnie Swan, Clerk.

Approve the Agenda

Motion by Christopherson to approve the agenda as presented, second by Poels, motion carried 3-0.

Approval of the Minutes from March 17, 2008

Motion by Christopherson to approve the minutes as submitted, second by Poels, motion carried 3-0.

Citizen comments

Closed Session 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

Motion by Poels to move into closed session per Wis. St. St. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

Second by Christopherson,
