d. Town center overlay plan, generally located east & west of US HWY 41 and north & south of CTY HWY B.
e. Sign review for PMG Construction Management on parcel SU-796-2 (Rocket Dog Shell) located on the northeast corner of Lineville Road & Deerfield Avenue East.
f. Accessory building review for S.S. Edward & Isidore Church, 3667 Flintville Road, parcel SU-354. Located on the west side of Flintville Road 4/10 of a mile south of School Lane.
g. Sign review for Bay Harbor Elementary School, located on the northeast corner of Harbor Lights Road and Birch Road.
h. Building, site, landscape, lighting & sign review for Tiny Town Daycare to be located on the southeast corner of Harbor Lights Road & East Deerfield Avenue.
