ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND ACTION:
a. Building plan review for Dave Lange, Green Bay Propeller, 14482 Velp Avenue for a new 60 x 120 storage building. Located north of Norfield Road on the east side of Velp Avenue. Parcel SU-56-11
b. Building plan review for Country Inn & Suites @ Urban Edge. Located on Lineville Road east of Velp Avenue.
c. Sign review for Townline Pub to allow an electronic message center to be installed on the existing pedestal sign. Located west of Velp Avenue on Lineville Road.
