THE BOARD OF APPEALS WILL BE HOLDING FIELD INSPECTIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Variance request by Sue & Charlie Mullen for parcel SU-916, 762 Riverside Drive. Located on the north side of Riverside Drive approximately 4/10 of a mile east of Seafarer Way. Request is for a home and attached garage addition & includes:
a. A reduced front yard setback from 35 feet to 30 feet.
b. A reduced side yard setback from 10 feet to 7 feet
c. Increased building height from 35 feet to 38 feet.
