The Village of Suamico bills its customers for sewer and water services on a quarterly basis. Bills are sent out by January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year. They are due by the 20th of the month (January 20, April 20, July 20, and October 20). There is no grace period for late payments. Late fees will be assessed the day immediately after the due date and cannot be waived per the Public Service Commission. The Village bills its customers in arrears, meaning the bill customers receive by January 1 reflects the services provided in the prior year's October, November, and December months.
The Village offers several methods for residents to pay their utility bills including cash, check, credit card, and ACH withdrawal.
