The Building Inspection Department would like to remind homeowners that the WI Uniform Dwelling Code does require that erosion control measures be in place until the lawn is established. This means that the individual/contractor or homeowner is responsible for erosion control. Once the contractor or developer sells the home, the erosion control measures are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Building Permits can be issued only by the Building Inspectors on Monday - Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. any other time by appointment only at 2999 Lakeview Drive. New blank permits may be picked up anytime during regular office hours or printed off our web site (see below).
