Payments

To pay a citation (including traffic, parking, and municipal ordinances)

Payments may be made:

Payments may be made with cash, check, or money order (made payable to Suamico Municipal Court). Please have your citation number available when making payments.

To pay a Citation that is Suspending your Driver's License:

If you are paying on a past due citation that is currently suspending your driver's license, we will immediately notify the Department of Transportation as soon as the forfeiture is paid in full. Assuming you do not have any other forfeitures for the same reason in another Court, you will be able to reinstate your driver's license within 2 business days. If you choose to take the paperwork with you directly to the DMV, you may do so, however, you are responsible in doing so and this Court will not notify the DMV.

If wishing to start a payment plan, you must submit a letter to the judge requesting the payment plan, including information regarding why a payment plan is being requested and how much a month you are able to pay. A partial payment of the forfeiture is due when submitting the request.
