In accordance with the Wisconsin State Statutes , the Suamico Municipal Court deals solely with non-criminal cases. The court handles matters involving motor vehicle and traffic law, municipal code violations and parking citations. Offenses which are brought before our Court, are violations that occur within the Village of Suamico limits.
