An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2007-07 of the Village Code Regarding Placement of Items on Village Board Agendas
The Village Board of The Village of Suamico, Wisconsin Does Ordain as Follows:
Ordinance Section 1: Section 300.01 E shall be amended to read as follows:
Placement of Agenda Items/Removal.
The Village President or any two (2) Village Board Trustees may prior to agenda approval by the Village President, request the Village Clerk to place an item or items on the Agenda. In addition, the Village Board may, at any meeting, direct that certain items be placed on the Agenda for the following meeting or a later meeting. Once placed on the Agenda, neither the Village Clerk nor the Village President shall have authority to remove the item from the Agenda without the Board’s approval.
Ordinance Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Ordinance Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect following passage and publication.
