An Ordinance Amending CHAPTER 18, ZONING CoDE of the suamico MUNICIPAL code
The Village Board of The Village of Suamico, Wisconsin Does Ordain as Follows:
Ordinance Section 1: Village of Suamico Chapter 18 is amended as follows:
18.23, Nonconformity is hereby changed to 18.97, Nonconformity.
18.24, Administration and Enforcement is hereby changed to 18.98, Administration and Enforcement
18.23, TCOD-Town Center Overlay District is hereby added.
18.22, Planned Development Districts, 18.04(16) Parking Standards, and 18.18 Off-street Parking are hereby amended per exhibit A.
Ordinance Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Ordinance Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect following passage and publication.
