ORDINANCE – 2008-21

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCEL SU-197-3 FROM Planned commercial district TO highway BUSINESS with planned commercial district overlay.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone Parcel SU-197-3 from PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT to HIGHWAY BUSINESS WITH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT OVERLAY.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.

Adopted this 16th day of May 2008.
