ORDINANCE – 2008-12

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE A PORTION OF PARCEL SU-194 FROM Agriculture to RURAL Residential.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone the portion of Parcel SU-194, as shown on the attached zoning map, from AGRICULTURE to RURAL RESIDENTIAL.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.
