ORDINANCE – 2008-11

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCEL SU-252-2-1 FROM RURAL Residential TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone Parcel SU-252-2-1 from RURAL RESIDENTIAL to NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.

Adopted this 5th day of May 2008.
