ORDINANCE – 2008-09

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE ALL PARCELS LISTED IN EXHIBIT A to PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone all Parcels listed in exhibit A to PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.
