ORDINANCE – 2007-14

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCEL SU-721-1 FROM Exclusive Agriculture to PUBLIC LANDS & INSTITUTIONS.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone Parcel SU-721-1 from EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE to PUBLIC LANDS & INSTITUTIONS.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.

Adopted this 4th day of June 2007.
