ORDINANCE – 2007-11

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCEL SU-765 FROM Highway Business & PARCEL SU-765-3 FROM Industrial-2 to Business.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone parcel SU-765 from Highway Business & parcel SU-765-3 from Industrial -2 to Business.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.
