An Ordinance Amending article 4 (e) (3) of the suamico zoning code
The Village Board of The Village of Suamico, Wisconsin Does Ordain as Follows:
Ordinance Section 1: Village of Suamico Article 4 (E) (3) is amended as follows:
ROOFING MATERIALS: All accessory structures on a lot shall be of like materials to the primary structure, unless approved by the Zoning Administrator. Corrugated sheets of metal, fiberglass, plastic or its equivalent, may be allowed provided the following is met:
Only allowed on a lot of 3 acres or more
Minimum of a 12 inch overhang
Minimum of a 4 inch facia
Minimum setback from any existing off-premise residential structure shall be 100 feet.
Ordinance Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Ordinance Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect following passage and publication.
