ORDINANCE – 2007-05

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCELS SU-446 & SU-447 FROM Industrial 2 to Neighborhood business.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone Parcels SU-446 SU-447 from Industrial 2 to Neighborhood business.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.

Adopted this 5th day of February 2007.
