ORDINANCE – 2007-04

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCEL SU-725-3 FROM Exclusive Agriculture to Residential Sewer.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone Parcel SU-725-3 from EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE to RESIDENTIAL SEWER.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.

Adopted this 5th day of February 2007.
