ORDINANCE – 2007-03

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE PARCEL SU-259-2 FROM residential SEWER & PARCELS SU-259-4 & SU-259-1 FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL to PUBLIC LANDS & INSTITUTIONS.

The Village Board of the Village of Suamico do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. – That the Official Zoning Map, of the Village of Suamico, is hereby amended to rezone Parcel SU-259-2 from RESIDENTIAL SEWER & parcels SU-259-4 & SU-259-1 from RURAL RESIDENTIAL to PUBLIC LANDS & INSTITUTIONS.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and posting.

Adopted this 8th day of January 2007.
